Journal’s Policies for Plagiarism and Publication

Plagiarism Policy

The journal upholds the highest ethical standards in publishing and requires authors to submit original work. Corresponding authors are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of their manuscripts.

The journal categorizes plagiarism levels as follows:

  • Acceptable (0-30%): Manuscripts within this range, with no single source exceeding 15% similarity, proceed to the next review stage.
  • Checkable (30-50%): Authors must revise and reduce similarity to an acceptable level before resubmission.
  • Unacceptable (>50%): Manuscripts with over 50% plagiarism are rejected outright.

If a plagiarized manuscript is mistakenly published, the journal will immediately retract it, notify the authors, blacklist them from future submissions, and publicly announce the retraction.

Plagiarism includes:

  • Using ideas or words without proper citation.
  • Copying text verbatim without referencing the original source.
  • Rewriting ideas while retaining the original writing style.
  • Using graphs, photos, or tables without permission or citation.
  • Self-plagiarism, where authors reuse content from their previous work without disclosure.

To help authors minimize plagiarism, we recommend using rewriting tools such as Wordtune.

Publication and Copyright Policy

All manuscripts published in the journal follow open-access principles, allowing authors to freely download and share their work with proper citation. Authors retain the copyright of their manuscripts and are encouraged to deposit the final published PDF in institutional repositories, personal websites, and professional platforms such as ResearchGate, Academia, and LinkedIn.

Authors may reuse the abstract and citation details (title, author name, publication date) on various platforms, provided a direct link to the published manuscript, preferably with a DOI, is included.

For commercial distribution of manuscripts in electronic or print formats, individuals or companies must obtain prior permission by contacting the journal via email.
